Jatin Jindal is currently working as a Senior Product Manager Intern at Amazon Web
Services for their Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) team, specifically working on
the Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) service. Besides, he is Class of 2015 Full Time
MBA student at University of Chicago Booth School of Business and expect to
graduate in 2015 with concentrations in Marketing, Operations, General
Management and Entrepreneurship. Prior to business school, he has had
experience working with multiple startups. First of them – Hellointern, was
founded by him along with his classmates during his undergrad and was sold to
Angaros Group in 2012. Hellointern is a platform to connect students and
companies for internships in India. In 2013, he worked briefly for a startup in
cab service space – Bookmycab, which provides cheapest cab services
in Mumbai. My work at Bookmycab involved revamping the technology platform
of the company to keep it ahead of its competition. Prior to that, he worked in
Mumbai and London offices of Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse
from 2009 to 2013, advising clients engaged in oil & gas sector on raising
capital as well as M&A transactions. He obtained degrees in Masters and Bachelors
of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology,
Bombay in 2009.
In his free time he loves reading, cooking and playing music. He specifically loves post-rock and never misses a concert when a post-rock band is
in town. Also, he is an avid trekker and loves exploring the nature around the
world. Besides, he has been a passionate Arsenal FC fan for more than a
decade now, and on most of the weekends you can find him at a local bar cheering his team.

Saurabh Garg 2015/2016
Saurabh graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in June 2016 with a High Honors distinction and concentrations in Strategy, Operations, and Entrepreneurship.
Saurabh also holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati and a M.S. from University of California, Berkeley specializing in Sustainable Manufacturing.
Saurabh interned with McKinsey & Co. last summer in the Operations practice working with clients in the High Tech and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. He will be joining the firm full-time upon graduation.
Prior to Chicago Booth, Saurabh worked in engineering program management at Applied Materials Inc. where he focused on new product development and commercialization of semiconductor processing equipment. He also has experience working in the R&D environment of automotive industry at Daimler (Mercedes Benz Cars).
Saurabh
Garg is a student in the MBA Class of 2016 at the University of
Chicago Booth School of Business and is the latest recipient of Akhtarali H.
Tobaccowala scholarship. Saurabh’s professional background includes work in
technology industries as diverse as automotive (Daimler/Mercedes Benz) and
semiconductor (Applied Materials, Inc.) and in roles spanning program
management, new product development, and technology commercialization. He holds
key industry patents and has authored several international, peer-reviewed,
scientific journal publications. Outside work, Saurabh recently published a
co-edited book volume, “Livelihood & Resource Utilization in North-East
India: Participating in Global Discourse of Sustainability” that is one of the several
outreach activities undertaken by his founding social initiative “Global
Initiative for Sustainable Development and Planning (GISDP)” based in
North-East India.
Saurabh holds a Master of Science
(MS) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering
from University of California, Berkeley and Indian Institute of Technology
(IIT), Guwahati respectively. His long-term interests lie in exploring
sustainability at the intersection of technology and society, including its
implications for both the developing and the developed world.

Shivangi Shah 2016/2017
Shivangi graduated with an MBA from Chicago Booth in 2017.
Her previous degrees included an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics
from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics (Honours) from St.
Xavier's College. She will spend the summer interning at The Principal
Financial Group. Prior to Booth she worked at Societe Generale and at Ernst
& Young. When she's not working on stock pitches, she can be found debating
politics with friends or watching British comedies.
